A long weekend in Seattle, WA

Last week I traveled to the pacific northwest for a long weekend of hiking, exploring and coffee sampling - a glorious few days surrounded by the wonders of seattle, WA. After months of being in paper-flat Illinois, a trip to visit my friends on the west coast where mountains, water and evergreen forests are abundant, I couldn’t resist. With a couple days of rain and sunshine, It was the perfect concoction of moody Seattle grunge and crisp fall hikes - the exact weather that makes Washington state so iconic. I was so happy to be able to be outside and enjoy new landscapes with friends that are just as excited about fall mornings as I am. While I was there, They introduced me to roadside coffee carts and fresh fish and chips, local delicacies that make your mouth water - a foodies dream. I must say it was the ideal trip filled with museums, hikes, and oh yeah, a photoshoot with the cutest little baby you’ve ever seen. It was definitely one for the books,
